01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tmtvip ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing the tmtvip website, downloading the tmtvip application, creating an account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tmtvip platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of tmtvip following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register for and use a tmtvip account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. tmtvip does not permit gaming by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing tmtvip from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tmtvip, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from tmtvip or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

tmtvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, passport, or other official Philippine identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active tmtvip account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tmtvip account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your tmtvip account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your tmtvip account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify tmtvip support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

tmtvip will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from tmtvip that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

tmtvip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your tmtvip account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify tmtvip of a security breach and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tmtvip are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tmtvip supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya
• BDO (Banco de Oro)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• Metrobank

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on tmtvip:

• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. tmtvip does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player.
• Withdrawal verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tmtvip may require you to submit identification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Processing times: tmtvip endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements applicable to your account.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the tmtvip platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by tmtvip from time to time.
• Anti-money laundering: tmtvip complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or, in serious cases, account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

tmtvip may offer bonuses, free credits, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all tmtvip bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tmtvip reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• tmtvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where required by regulatory obligations.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

tmtvip offers a curated library of online games including, but not limited to, All-Star Fishing, Mega Fishing, Bingo Adventure, Wild Bandito, Darts, Midas Fortune, and Let's Shoot. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All games on the tmtvip platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by tmtvip are subject to regular independent audits to ensure fairness and integrity. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information section of the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, tmtvip reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed for that round. tmtvip shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tmtvip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the tmtvip platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any tmtvip game or platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on tmtvip.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tmtvip staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing tmtvip from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your tmtvip account.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the tmtvip platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of tmtvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tmtvip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tmtvip content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on tmtvip content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any tmtvip software.
• Use tmtvip trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tmtvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tmtvip platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, system outage, or network interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the tmtvip platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the tmtvip service.

tmtvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tmtvip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tmtvip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

tmtvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account — after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture and any amounts under investigation — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your tmtvip account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tmtvip's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

tmtvip operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the tmtvip platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
